After Receiving Your Order, We will reach out to you via whatsapp, to inform you the details of the Laundry Pick Up such as the laundry items, the pickup time, the precise pick up point and the driver who will be picking up your clothes. Your clothes will be sorted and weighed upon arrival at our store. Total weight if exceeds the minimum weight of 4kg here, we will inform you in whatsapp later on before the clean clothes are sent back to you.
